”Chapter four in a cave” resulted in a painting I did not really plan. Even though the idea from the beginning was to paint a little rougher than usual, I still wanted to reproduce a sense of environment and space. I became so dissatisfied with certain parts that I instead began to improvise more playfully abstract. That’s when something started to happen to the painting again – a new turn for the better. Rough and playful painting, which was both fun and effective at the same time as the painting was quick to paint. As usual, you should see the original to experience the painting more fairly.
